Share your referral link with your friends and acquaintances via e-mail, Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, etc.
Friends and acquaintances visit our website via your referral link and book their ski holiday at www.snowtrex.co.uk with your specific Refer-a-Friend link included in the URL. The discount of £50 will be automatically deducted during the booking process. For holidays with a discount already in effect, the referral discount is reduced to £9. Important: Your referral bonus can only be credited if you access our website via your referral link and make a booking directly!
For every successful referral, you will receive 5% of your friend's holiday price as a voucher, which you can use for your own next ski holiday booking with SnowTrex. You will receive the discount in the form of a voucher sent to you by e-mail after your referred friend has completed their holiday.
Prerequisite: Your referred friend has not previously booked a holiday with SnowTrex.

For example:

One of your friends books a holiday for two people as a new customer using your referral link.
The holiday has a total value of £2,000.
In return, you receive a voucher worth £100 (5% of £2,000).
This voucher is sent to you via e-mail after your friends have returned from their holiday.
You can then easily redeem the voucher for your next booking with SnowTrex and save money.
Unfortunately, the voucher cannot be redeemed retroactively/at a later time on an existing booking.

An added bonus

The voucher must not be directly redeemed; the voucher is valid for the current season as well as the following season. In the event that you refer more customers, the 5% commission credited per booking will be combined, thus increasing the amount of the voucher as a whole. This helps provide you with the opportunity to travel for free, as long as the amount of the voucher matches your total holiday price!

How do I benefit from referring friends?
For each successful referral, you will receive 5% of your friends' holiday price in the form of a voucher that you can use for your own next ski holiday booking. You will receive the discount voucher by e-mail once your referred friends have completed their holiday.
Example: If the holiday of the referred new customers has a value of £2,000, the referrer, i.e. you, will receive a voucher worth £100 for your next holiday with SnowTrex.
In general, the more friends you refer, the cheaper your next winter holiday will be – it could even be free!
Who can refer whom - and how does it work?
The prerequisite is that the referrer is already a SnowTrex customer.
Anyone who is not yet a SnowTrex customer can be referred.

A maximum of 8 friends can be referred per season. If more friends are to be referred, we are, of course, happy about this. However, a trade licence will then be required for tax reasons.
When and how will the voucher be sent?
After your referred friend's holiday has been completed, you will receive a discount voucher with a corresponding voucher code via email.
Should several friends have been referred, the value of the voucher will continue to increase until it is redeemed for your next booking with SnowTrex.
Where and how can the voucher be redeemed?
The voucher can be redeemed on the SnowTrex website during the online booking process for your next holiday. While making the booking, you can enter the voucher code in the corresponding field. The value of the voucher will be automatically subtracted from the total holiday price.
Should the value of the voucher exceed the total holiday price, your holiday will be free of charge.
Please note that the voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers or specials deals. Attempting to redeem the voucher after the booking has been made is also not possible. Further terms and conditions can be seen on the voucher.
How long is the voucher valid for?
The voucher is valid within the same season in which the new customer travels, and during the entire following season.
Where can I see the current balance of my voucher? Where can I see how many friends I have referred?
After the completion of each referred friend's holiday, you will automatically be sent an email with the voucher and its current balance.
If more than one friend has been referred, the existing voucher value will be increased until you redeem the voucher for your next booking with SnowTrex.
Where can I find the link to refer my friends?
On our Refer a Friend Programme page, you'll find an input field. Simply enter your e-mail address and we'll subsequently send you your personalised referral link.
My friend forgot to click the personalised referral link before making their booking. Is it still possible to receive commission for this booking?
No, unfortunately this is not possible.
