Ski area Dachstein West
The 8-person mountain railway Donnerkogelbahn and the 8-person Panorama Jet Gosau cater for even more comfort and faster access. Additionally, a new kid's club is available in the ski area, offering part time or all-day child care service for children from the age of 1.
The panorama ski circuit "Panoronda" with a total of 44 km of piste is a diverse experience on perfectly prepared and signposted pistes. Cosy huts and sun terraces are available for breaks and especially for enjoying the magnificent panorama view.
Night skiing Bad Goisern
In the Dachstein West ski area, skiing fun does not end in the evening. In the small night ski area at Ötscherlift, night is turned into day. During the extended operation hours from 18:30 - 20:30 the lower section of the valley run is illuminated. The night ski piste marked red offers an approx. 1 km illuminated slope for everyone. The local night skiing offer also includes the Brumsipiste slope for beginners and children which nearby the Hornspitzbahn lift's valley station. When you want to take a break from your night-time skiing, the Hornspitz umbrella bar is a good spot. Snowpark: Snowpark Dachstein West Bad Goisern
The Dachstein West ski region has a total of four different fun parks and has something for every freestyler! In Gosau, you can have fun in the "Ötscher Kids Park" in Gosau, which is located right next to the valley station. With their own lift, freestylers can explore the runs of the park, which offers a wide variety of obstacles, completely undisturbed.
All those looking for the ultimate kick should definitely check out the "Snowpark Dachstein West"! Obstacles such as the 6-metre-long wave box, various medium kickers and jib boxes will lift you into the air and provide the ultimate adrenaline rush. Newcomers are also given the opportunity to try out their skills here. Professional shapers guarantee first-class shred sessions. A free Wi-Fi hotspot also means you are always up-to-date and new successes can be shared immediately.
Of course, the "Rookie Park" in Russbach and the "Annapark" in Annaberg are also worth a visit. They are perfect for beginners.
