Ski holidays Feichten - wonderful mountain backdrop and glacier fun!
Feichten
The district Kauner Valley stretches along the entire narrow and sparse set-back part of the valley passing by tiny villages and farms. The main resort is Feichten at 1,275 m. Enjoy the flair of the Kauner Valley surrounded by the impressive mountain backdrop and the nearby glacier ski area. The Erspenhang village lift is ideally suited for first-time skiers. The numerous guest houses and restaurants also look forward to offer you their Tyrolean specialities and self-distilled Schapserl. Leisure time activities include, of course besides skiing and snowboarding, ice skating, curling and tobogganing.Kauner Valley Glacier
The Kauner Valley is located in the federal state of Tyrol in Austria. The Valley is now a nature reserve, whose name originates from the valley's heart, the Kaunergrat. It separates the 2 valleys Pitz and Kauner and forms a part of the mountain massif of the Oetz Valley Alps. The natural park landscape formed by the glacier period, stretches over all altitudes and offers an impressive diversity of natural sights and regional characteristics. The Kauner Valley glacier ski area, located at the foot of the Weißseespitze (3,526 m), guarantees winter sports fans snow security from glacier autumn right through to sunny skiing in the spring.Travel Feichten
