Après ski Gargellen
Another highlight is tobogganing in the dark on the floodlit toboggan run in St. Gallenkirch and on the toboggan run in Vadans. In St. Gallenkirch there is a 5.5-kilometre-long track with 14 bends, which makes every toboggan heart beat faster. In Vandans there is tobogganing fun for the whole family on 3 kilometres. Afterwards you can end the evening with a hearty snack in one of the cosy inns.
Fans of spa treatments were also thought of in Gargellen. With the Alpen Erlebnisbad Val Blu in Bludenz, you will also find a newly renovated sauna landscape with five different saunas including regular infusions, a natural swimming pond and an infinity pool as well as an indoor swimming pool with slide and much more, only 30 minutes by car from Gargellen.
After exciting hours on the boards, a small party is a must for many. During the skiing day some huts offer themselves as meeting place - with tasty meals and cosy sun terraces. In the evenings the Schmalzbergschöpfle, the Ganda Keller and the Schmugglerstöbli are popular places to end the day. If this is not enough for you, the best place to go is the Silvretta Montafon ski area. There, après ski lovers can expect a lot of après ski parties before returning to the hotel.
Snowpark: Snowpark Montafon Gargellen
Fans of snowparks should definitely go to the nearby ski resort Silvretta Montafon. Here you will find a paradise for freestylers, which was built only a few years ago and is now one of the largest snowparks in the region. Here you can try out the natural obstacles, wallrides, rails, wave tracks, steep curves and funslopes to your heart's content. These promise endless winter fun for beginners and professionals.
The new highlight there is the funslope at the Freda Bahn, where you can race at 800 m over numerous waves, jumps and steep curves. The Funslope is Austria's first freeride cross and guarantees fun for all adrenalin junkies.
