Ski area Hochzeiger
This ski area is perfectly suited for pros, but also for families. The plus points for the families lie in the great infrastructure which is geared especially to children and set up by the local ski schools: transfers between all resorts within the valley directly to the pistes, children's ski school and ski kindergarten, a learn-the-piste-rules slope and child-friendly mountain huts.
Further features of this ski area are lifts with heated seats and weather protection hoods, a long panorama descent with wonderful views, the snow park with a box line and kicker line, a racing slope with time tracking and a 6 km long toboggan run, which is illuminated in the evening once per week. Pros will find a real challenge at the Zirbenfall: the steepest piste section at the Hochzeiger impresses with 80% decline over 1.5 km and really gets the adrenaline pumping!
The ski area also offers Wi-Fi at the Hochzeiger valley station, middle station, and in the Sechszeiger area and can be used for free after registering once.
Would you like to discover the entire Pitz Valley on your skis or snowboard? With the Pitz-Regio-Card lift pass upgrade, you'll gain access to four ski areas with a total of 120 km of piste and 76 pistes: the Pitztaler Glacier, Rifflseebahn, Hochzeiger, Imster Bergbahnen, Kaunertal Glacier and Winterberg Fendels. With the Gletscherpark Card Winter, you can also use the ski bus im Pitztal for free.
Après ski Jerzens
The Stadler hut located on the valley run is THE place to be to sip a cool beer at the end of a day on the piste. The "Hennenstadl" is also really popular with après ski fans. Once you have warmed up for the evening, continue on to the "Illegal", where you can keep on going until the early morning hours.
Sporty offers away from the pistes are also available. Jerzens offers a beautiful winter landscape which is waiting to be explored e.g. on snowshoe hike. Or you can enjoy a round of ice skating on the ice rink. Those looking for more of a challenge, they can test themselves in ice climbing on one of the ice falls in the Pitz Valley.
Snowpark: Hochzeiger Snowpark Jerzens
The snow park Hochzeiger presents itself perfectly shaped and with approx. 15 elements on two lines (easy and medium). Beginners and more experienced riders can run riot here and practice their moves on boxes and kickers.
The park is located above the Hochzeiger middle station, at approx. 2,250 m. Therefore, there are no long transfer routes to bridge here, but you can find a good and regular rhythm between the runs. Adrenalin kicks and lots of fun await snowboarders and freeskiers alike!
