Ski area Rauris - Hochalm

With the "Rauris-Hochalm" lift pass you have access to 32 kilometres of piste and 10 modern lift systems. The Gipfelbahn gondola will transport you comfortably up to 2,175 m, where there is a sensational view of the surrounding mountain terrain. In particular, families will enjoy the ski area of the Rauris Hochalm gondola, as the predominantly easy to medium difficulty pistes offer pure fun.

Novices usually start off on the generally treeless open pistes at the Gratlift and at the Gipfelbahn lift. However, this ski area has something to offer even those more experienced and demanding skiers with its interesting pistes, divine deep snow runs and fun park! Particularly recommendable to more experienced skiers is the 5 km long Heimalm-Rauris valley run. Furthermore, tons of fun awaits skiers of all skill levels on the 700 m long "family slope" with steep curves, waves, kickers and a "snail" as well as the 10 km long run to Rauris from the mountain station of the Gipfelbahn lift over Kreuzboden, which conquer a 1,235 m difference in altitude.

The Hochalmbahnen racing piste is perfect for high speed fanatics. With its automatic time measurement, you can measure your personal speed thrill.

By upgrading your lift pass to the Super Ski Card, you can choose between more than 2,750 km of piste and 926 lifts in 21 ski regions!

Après ski Rauris

The recreational possibilities in the quiet town of Rauris have something for every type of holidaymaker. You can round off a day on the piste with a tobogganing party on the lit Kreuzboden lift. The 2 km long toboggan run is also open during the day and offers all sorts of fun for young and old. Tobogganing after 19:00 is not included in the lift pass, however. Somewhat gentler is a horse-drawn sleigh ride, a torch-lit hike or snow shoe hike through the romantic valley. Adrenaline junkies will certainly get what they need when ice-climbing or paragliding.

Various evening entertainment options are available. A must for all apres ski fans is the "Heimalm", which entices with a 20 m long heated bar and delicious drinks. The "Maislaualm" at the Hochalmbahn valley station is great for a cosy après ski atmosphere. Night owls can amuse themselves in the "Rauriser Stadl" until the wee hours of the morning. If you'd rather have a quieter evening and a good meal, you will be spoilt for choice in the diverse mountain restaurants, taverns and inns.

Snowpark: Snowpark Nuggetpark Rauris

The ski area Hochalm in the Salzburger Land offers everything a winter sports fan's heart desires and can be found away from mass tourism. You are, however, not a "regular" winter sports fan, but rather an enthused freestyler? Even then the Rauris Valley is still a great choice! Directly next to the Waldalm hut, the two 500 m long lines of the Nugget park, don't leave anything to be desired and are great for beginners, as well as pros. The boxes, rails, kickers, and jumps are prepared daily.

Furthermore to the snow park, there is also a family slope. It doesn't matter if your a beginner or an experienced skier, you're going to have lots of fun on the 700 m long family slope with its waves and kicker.
