Ski area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental
Scheffau is directly connected to the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental by its local mountain, the Brandstadl. A 6- or 8-person gondola takes you comfortably to the mountain station at 1,650 m, from where you can access more transport possibilities. Both an easy and and intermediate valley runs lead down to Scheffau.
Freeriders are catered for at the Talabfahrt-Itter and beginners can let off steam on the "Hexenwelle" adventure piste in Söll. Westendorf and Ellmau also have snow parks with many other challenging elements. The 80 refreshment stops that line the ski area also promise a real "treat".
Another special feature in Scheffau is piste no. 66, a Skimovie run with video recording and timekeeping. The entire run from the start house to the finish is filmed here and you can then download your run video, watch it and relive the run.
If you are going on holiday together with your children, or if in fact you yourself have a thing for fairytales, you should definitely check out the new 10-person "discovery"-gondola in SkiWelt Söll. Interesting experiences built around the theme "Hans im Glück" await you!
By upgrading to the Super Ski Card lift pass, you get access to over 2,815 km of piste and 939 lifts in 22 ski regions.
Night skiing Scheffau
Like many ski resorts in Austria, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental also has an impressive night skiing programme. Evening skiing is possible in two areas: Söll and Brixen. The SkiWelt Söll is even home to Austria's largest night skiing area! Three days a week, 10 kilometres of pistes are available here until late at night. The pistes on the Hexenwasser gondola lift and on the Keat and Hexen6er chairlifts are floodlit until 21:45 on Wednesdays to Saturdays and the valley run until 22:30. In addition to the normal descents, the "Hans im Glück" fun arena on the 10-seater adventure gondola is also illuminated. The night toboggan run on the Hexenwasser gondola lift and ski huts on the piste are also open on these evenings. A separate lift pass must be purchased for night skiing in Söll. Another option for night skiing is at the Schusterbühel lift in Brixen. There is a 300 metre-long blue night skiing piste here, which is illuminated continuously until 19:00 at certain times.Après ski Scheffau

Snowpark: Kaiserpark Scheffau
Several great snow parks are available for you in the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental. From Scheffau you can most easily reach the "Kaiserpark" awaits you at the "Tanzboden" lift on the Hartkaiser. Beginners and the slightly more advanced can test their talent on the boxes, jibs, rails and tubes of the easy line. For more advanced freestylers and pros, the medium line and pro line both offer a range of obstacles, such as kinked box, various tubes and several jib elements. Furthermore, there is also a kicker line with 5 m kickers and a 8 m roller in the park. Between the rides and after a great day of freestyling, you can relax in the park's chill area.
Those looking for extra sports fun will find two further special highlights in the SkiWelt. On the "Hexenwelle" adventure piste and in the "Big Playground" near Westendorf, there are many exciting obstacles for all skill levels.
