The Ötztal is THE valley for winter sports fans. With the Ötztaler Superskipass you can take advantage of a total of 356 kilometres of piste and 90 lift systems. Pistes situated up to 3,340 m in altitude are waiting to be explored! In addition to Sölden, Obergurgle and Hochgurgle, Ötz and Vent offer perfectly developed ski areas. The grandiose mountain landscape in Obergurgl and Hochgurgl stretches up to an altitude of 1,793 - 3,082 m, in which you can indulge in 112 kilometres of piste fun. The snow lasts from November to May, and should there not be enough, snow cannons will ensure there is a nice blanket of snow.

In the Ötztal there is also the insider's tip Ötz. At 1,410 - 2,272 m you can find languorous winter hiking trails, lovely runs, snowy forests as well as pistes for every skill level. Snow security is ensured by the snow cannons, which cover a large part of the ski area. The 15 easy to intermediate kilometres of piste near Vent are also great for families and beginners.
