Every resort in the Zillertal has its own cross-country network. In total this forms a network of approx. 125 km length. With a total of 53 km of tracks this is the first holiday region in the Ziller Valley, together with the resorts Bruck, Fügen, Kaltenbach, Strass, Stumm and Uderns which form the ideal destination for cross-country skiers.
Directly in the centre of Strass, it is possible to enter the 6.4 km long cross-country ski trail in the direction of Schlitters. This is particularly suitable for beginners and those who want to take it easy. The easily accessible trails near Fügen are also highly recommended. The 1 km long high-altitude trail at 1,700 m, for example, offers an impressive view of the wintry landscape of the Hochzillertal.
