Embedded in the landscape, located between Gerlitzen, Lake Ossiach and Verditz, lies the commune of Treffen, right on the shores of Lake Ossiach, at 542 m altitude. In winter, the resort is the perfect place to come families and tranquillity seekers. Enjoy quite walks on the lake shores, or enjoyable snowshoe hikes in the beautiful surroundings of Verditz. The closeness to the beginner-friendly ski area on the Gerlitz Alpe is great for families. The Gerlitzen-Kanzl lift takes you comfortably from the district Annaberg right on to the skiing mountain.Lake Ossiach
Lake Ossiach is one of the most popular holiday regions in Carinthia. It is located at 500 m altitude right between the local mountains Gerlitzen and Ossiacher Tauern.
