Location

The cosy Susi guesthouse is located in a quiet area approx. 600 m away from the centre of Wagrain. You can access the ski area by taking the Grafenbergbahn gondola lift approx. 550 m away, or the Flying Mozart cable car approx. 700 m away. The nearby thermal spa Wasserwelt Wagrain also offers a special wellness experience. Cross-country skiing trails can be reached within about 1 km. Ski buses stop right at the door.

Facilities

Our accommodation features various facilities, such as Wi-Fi, a common room and a breakfast room. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski cellar. Drivers can use a parking lot - subject to availability.

Children

High chairs and cots can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).

Board

The bed and breakfast catering plan includes a buffet style breakfast with regional products. On request, we also serve dietary meals, lactose-free dishes, gluten-free, vegetarian as well as vegan alternatives.

Important notes

• When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
• This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
• Children aged 5 or under (at time of departure) do not receive a lift pass voucher at the Snow Space Salzburg ski resort. Children in this age group may use the ski lifts free of charge when accompanied by an adult. If your child wishes to use the lifts independently or attend a ski course, a Minicard (lift pass) must be purchased on site. The same applies to the use of ski lifts in other ski resorts. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
• Family Spring Deals: 13/03/2027 until the end of the season – children born in 2011 or later receive a free multi-day pass valid for 4 days or more (official proof of family relationship required). This offer is subject to at least one parent purchasing a multi-day pass valid for 4 days or more for the same period. If there are more children travelling than adults, or if the promotion conditions are not met, a corresponding lift pass must be purchased on site. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
• Please note that during the late season, from 07/04/26 to 10/04/26, the ski resort will only be open on a limited basis.
