Ski holidays Les 2 Alpes – holiday at the glacier with sun and powder snow!
Les 2 Alpes
Les 2 Alpes, with its southern location and sunny slopes reaching up to 3,560 m, offers one of the highest glacial ski areas in the world. Whether summer or winter, great snow is guaranteed in this off-piste paradise. Most of the 227 kilometres of piste are located higher than 2,500 m. The sprawling centre of Les 2 Alpes is quite different than the compact centres of most French ski resorts. The lifts and pistes, which cover both sides of the valley, end directly there. Many shops and boutiques invite you to stroll around, and the outdoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi to relax, and the ice rink to be sporty & have fun. And when you start to feel hungry, numerous restaurants that offer French cuisine can be visited. Apart from that there are many leisure activities - whether paragliding, ice skating, bowling, taking a helicopter tour or ice climbing, the options seem endless!!PowderWeek: The ski season opening in Les 2 Alpes! From 30/11 to 07/12/2024 we celebrate the start of the winter season on site, including a diverse party and supporting programme. You can find more information here.
Oisans
The region Oisans is located in the French high alpine country and offers the majestic peak Barre des Écrins (4,102 m), the most southern of the Alpine 4,000-er mountains. Further to the South, the Mediterranean Alps join into the massif and become gradually lower towards Cote d'Azur. The region includes the popular massifs of Belldonne, Écrins and Grandes Rousses. Cycling enthusiasts will know the region due to the Tour de France, as here are some of the most challenging legs, e.g. like the route to Alpe d'Huez. But also in winter the region Oisans is highly popular with holiday-makers. Powder snow and sunshine attract many visitors to this region during the winter months, as you will also find many renowned winter sports resorts here.Travel Les 2 Alpes
