In the immediate vicinity of Saint Sorlin d'Arves, there are a few smaller practice trails with a total of 4 kilometres of trails that are ideal for your first attempts at cross-country skiing and offer great views.
You can test your newly acquired or already existing skills, among other things, on the high-altitude cross-country ski trail "Le Clos" in the neighbouring village of Le Corbier. This easy and approx. 2 km long trail is located at an altitude of 1,600 - 1,700 m and offers a fantastic panoramic view. For advanced and fit cross-country skiers, the trails "Garney et Lombardaz", also in Le Corbier, and "Champ Perousaz" in La Toussuire with a length of approx. 6 km each are recommended.
In total, there are around 32 kilometres of trails available to you in the Les Sybelles ski area.
