Location

The comfortable 5-star apartment block "Ferienwohnungen Roislerlehen" is situated approximately 5 km from the centre of Bischofswiesen. The centre of Berchtesgaden – always a perfect destination for a day out – is approximately 10.7 km away. Access to the ski area is via the "Götschenkopfbahn" cable car, about 1.7 km away, or the "Hirscheckbahn" cable car, about 4.1 km away. The "Jennerbahn" cable car also operates about 15 km away. The "Watzmann Therme" spa, situated about 12 km away, also offers a special spa experience. Cross-country skiing opportunities are available on the network of trails about 4 km away. You can also enjoy sporting activities on the toboggan run, approximately 4 km from the apartment block. Bischofswiesen railway station is about 4 km away. The nearest shops are about 5.6 km away, whilst the nearest cafés and restaurants are just 4.5 km away.

This quietly situated accommodation features Wi-Fi. You can store your winter sports equipment in a ski/snowboard storage room. On-site parking and a charging point for electric cars (for a fee) are available – subject to availability.

Important notes

• This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
• The flexible transport service in the region, "Watzmobil" (WatzMobil app), will take you to the ski resort, for example, if you book in advance (for a fee, see information on site).
• There are also animals on the accommodation (e.g. cows, sheep, chickens).
• Services included when booking with a lift pass: use of the toboggan run at the Hochschwarzeck Bergbahn, use of the toboggan run at the Jennerbahn, 1 x daily toll charge for the Rossfeld Panorama Road (only when using the toll road by car), 10% discount at the local "Watzmann Therme" thermal spa (upon presentation of the lift pass)
• The RVO bus service to the Rossfeld ski area can be used free of charge as part of the compulsory guest card. Provided a lift pass is shown, no toll charge applies.
• Since the 24/25 season, skiing on the Jenner has no longer been possible. However, use of the Jennerbahn cable car for pedestrians, tobogganists and winter walkers is included in the lift pass.
