Ski holidays Damüls - the most snow-reliable village worldwide!
Damüls
Embedded in the untouched Alpine region of Vorarlberg, and surrounded by splended peaks, lies the pristine mountain village of Damüls, with an altitude of 1,430 m. On the sunny side of the Furkajoch, you can experience a real winter fairy tale: the resort is the most snow-reliable in the world, and you can perefctly combine both the wonder of the past with the comfort of modern times. Many accommodations lie directly on the pistes, of which posses a diverse offer for you- in both Alpine and culinary regard! On the pistes, as well as in the valley, you have the choice: from a rustic snack of typical, regional specialities up to gourmet meals! In the evenings, you can meet up in one of the snow bars, a cosy pub, or in one of the resort's discotheques.Bregenzerwald
Between Lake Constance and the Arlberg, in the most western part of Austria, you can find the Bergenzerwald. The northern part is rather hilly, whilst towards the south the valley becomes narrow and the mountains become steeper. The Bergenzerwald is influenced strongly by its Swabian and Swiss neighbours and old traditions are still alive today. A good example of this is the "Cheese Street", an association of farmers, innkeepers, craftsmen and businesses, all combined in the traditional making of cheese. So don't forget to try the "Bergenzerwald Mountain Cheese". The region is however also popular for its snow security. Enjoy more than 506 km of piste and the lovely panoramic view of the Bergenzerwald!Travel Damüls
