Location

The comfortable 4-star Hauserbauer hotel is situated in a quiet area approx. 2,5 km away from the centre of Dorfgastein at an altitude of approx. 1.080 m. Access to the ski slopes is provided by the mountain railway approx. 2,2 km away. Cross-country skiing trails can be reached within about 2,2 km. You can experience a rush of adrenaline on a well-prepared toboggan run approx. 2,5 km away from the hotel. Ski buses stop right at the door.

Facilities

This hotel features various facilities, such as a reception, Wi-Fi, an internet corner, a common room, a lift, a breakfast room, a hotel restaurant and a hotel bar. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski cellar. Drivers can use a parking lot, a carport and a charging station for e-cars (for a fee) - subject to availability.

Spa

The 250 m² large wellness area invites its guests to indulge body and soul. There is a heated outdoor pool featuring an internal entrance. When it’s time to rest and recharge, visit a sauna, a Swiss pine sauna, a panoramic sauna, a herbal sauna, a whirlpool and a steam bath. Other options for unwinding include an infrared cabin and a Kneipp basin complex. Let the stress of everyday life dissipate in the relaxation room with water beds or recharge in the refreshment area with juice bar. Massages are available for a fee and help encourage an overall sense of well-being. Our staff provides guests with a bathrobe on a loan basis.

Children

The children's playroom offers a range of play experiences for young guests to keep them content and entertained. High chairs and cots can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).

Board

When booking rooms on a half-board basis, meals include a welcome drink and a generous breakfast buffet with a vitality corner. In the evening, you can choose from three set menus with a salad bar (featuring regional and international cuisine). Once a week, a gourmet menu, a dessert buffet and a farmer's buffet are also offered. Lactose-free, gluten-free and vegetarian options are available on request.

Important notes

• When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
• This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
• If you have booked equipment through us, the ski hire is located in Bad Gastein (approx. 15 km away).
• No lift pass voucher will be issued for children aged 5 or under (at time of departure); they may ski free of charge when accompanied by their parents on the Dorfgastein-Großarltal ski area and the Rauchleiten platter lift. If your child is to use the lifts independently, a Minicard (lift pass) must be purchased on site.
• Family Spring Deals: 13/03/2027 until the end of the season – children born in 2011 or later receive a free multi-day pass valid for 4 days or more (official proof of family relationship required). This offer is subject to at least one parent purchasing a multi-day pass valid for 4 days or more for the same period. If there are more children travelling than adults, or if the promotion conditions are not met, a suitable lift pass must be purchased on site.
