Ski area Nassfeld - Pressegger See
The pistes offered from Nassfeld-Pressegger See is but pure enjoyment: 110 km of piste, 30 lift systems, altitudes up to 2,002 m, and great snow offers ideal conditions for all levels and types of winter sports. The 6 km long Millennium-Express takes you from the valley to the ski platform Madritsche (1,919 m) within only a few minutes. This is the main rotation point of the ski area. From the beginner's piste to the speed course, it offers everything a skier's heart desires.
Beginners should start their practising in the beginner's area at the Sonnleitn or around the Sonnenalpe and the Tressdorfer Alm. "Bobo's Miniclub" attracts the little ones where they can playfully test their skills on the snow. More experienced winter sports fans can try themselves on the speed run at the Troghöhe or the mogul piste at Rastl. Variations and freeride runs can be found along the Trogkofel slope or also along the Rudnigsattel run. The longest piste with over 7.6 km is also the only possible downhill run and leads down into the valley via the Tröpolacher Alm.
A real highlight is the Ski Movie racing track at the Zweikofel lift. Freestylers will find a diverse snow park at the Watsching Alm lift and also a ski- and boardercross run at the Leitner piste. There is also a 700 metre long fun slope called "The Snake" with several obstacles on the larch floor descent.
A special service within the ski area are the various Wi-Fi hotspots, from which you can access the Internet for free. That way you can update your friends and family on your holiday pictures and inform them on your holiday adventures.
Furthermore, the Nassfeld ski resort has already invested heavily in energy-efficient technology in recent years. The cable cars and lifts, as well as the up to 460 snowmaking systems with state-of-the-art technology, are powered by electricity from 100% renewable energy sources. In addition, innovative technologies, such as GPS snow depth measurement, enable the most energy-efficient preparation of the pistes and intelligent snow management possible.
Night skiing Nassfeld-Hermagor

The region has a lot to offer also from a culinary point of view: enjoy Carinthian cuisine in one of the 25 huts and restaurants, or the Mediterranean flair in one of the trattoria on the Italian side of Nassfeld.
On Tuesday, Friday and Saturday evenings, the approx. 2 km long floodlit piste of the Rattendorf toboggan run is a fast-paced experience. During the day, you should definitely take a day off the piste and take advantage of the NTC Blue Day: For as little as €10, you can hire various fun sports equipment for a day and test it out in a specially demarcated area - from snow tubing to the Snowfox and the Snowcyles to the airboard.
Nature lovers will enjoy the 50 km of winter hiking trails, and ice sport fans should plan a day trip to the Pressegger and Weißen lakes, some of the largest natural ice terrains in Europe! Ice skating or curling can be practised here. Round about the lake there is additionally a round-track for cross-country skiers and also a hiking trail.
Would you prefer to take it easy? No problem. Then the Aquarena is the perfect place for you. An indoor pool with a slide and a wellness area with various saunas, a steam bath and relaxation rooms ensure that you can unwind after a long day on the piste.
Snowpark: Snowpark Nassfeld Nassfeld-Hermagor
The ski area's snow park is located at the Watschiger Alm lift, below the Gartnerkofel. It offers both freestyle beginners and pros a place to let off steam. The beginner line consists of various curved banks and bumps where you can practise your first tricks. There is also a rail line with various boxes, a flat rail and a kicker line. The ShredSchool also offers a free snowboard and freeski workshop there every Sunday, where newcomers to freestyle can pick up helpful tips
The ski area also boasts "The Snake" fun slope with waves, jumps, steep turns, rainbow and butter boxes and jibs. The 700 metre long fun slope, which leads through a small wooded section, can be found on the Lärchenboden descent. You can test your downhill skiing skills on the speed measuring track and the ski movie track. There is something for every adrenalin level here! There is also the Nassfeld Challenge. You need to register with your ski pass number on the Skyline website and sign up for the Nassfeld Challenge. You can collect badges for various descents, attractions and services and win great prizes.
