Perfectly prepared trails lead through the meadows of Spittal in winter. Cross-country skiers will find 2 trails available: the large round through the meadows (approx. 5 km), and the cross-country trail Trefflinger Feld (4.5 km).
However, this does not exceed the offer: in the neighbouring resort, all around the Millstätter Lake, there are further trail networks available. In Baldramsdorf, for instance, there are 15 km of tracks, in Lendorf there are 6.5 km and in Döbriach there are 8 km of trails available.
