Cross-country Wildschönau

Kilometres of tracks across open terrain and no other skiers to be seen for miles around - welcome to the Wildschönau cross-country skiing region. The Nordic area around the valley villages of Niederau, Oberau and Auffach comprises around 17 km of groomed trails, some of which are wide enough for skating. Around 10 km await you in Oberau and another 7 km at the end of the valley in Auffach. Here you can simply enjoy the tranquillity of snow-covered nature as you glide along. In the idyllic high valley of the Wildschönau, all cross-country ski trails are free of charge until March.
