Ski area Kadernberg and Steinberglift

Ski lifts are located in the immediate vicinity of the village. The Kadernberg ski lift, with a 400 metre downhill run, is right on the doorstep and recently even has a children's ski area with its own children's lift, so that even the little holidaymakers get their money's worth. The Eppenschlag ski lift in Fürstberg, with a downhill run of 300 metres, is also located in the immediate vicinity of the village. A special highlight are the floodlit runs, which are offered twice a week.

Another option for skiing is the Steinberglift Langfurth with 450 metres of downhill run and a snowmaking system that guarantees holidaymakers 100% snow reliability. There is also a children's area with a conveyor belt and carousel, a 110 metre long practice slope and a ski school.

If skiing is not enough for you, there are other activities available in the immediate vicinity. Not only is it possible to explore the surrounding beautiful winter hiking trails and take part in guided snowshoe hikes, but the natural ice rinks also provide ideal conditions for ice skating and traditional Bavarian curling.

Après ski Schönberg

The après-ski in Schönberg is rather quiet. If you just want to relax after skiing, this is the place for you. After all, there's nothing better than settling down in one of the cosy restaurants after an exhausting day and enjoying typical Bavarian specialities.

In addition to the delicacies of traditional cuisine, many of the restaurants also offer individual evening entertainment. Be it bowling in a social setting, relaxing at a barbecue or taking part in live music evenings.
